Cold, in our own chilled van, never on a bike and never a courier. Every pack sealed and dated. Refrigerate on arrival and follow the storage temperature and use-by date on the label. Each product page and pack states whether it is fresh, frozen or previously frozen.

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo. Replacement on the next van, or your money back. A person answers. This helps us investigate quickly and does not limit your legal rights.
